Welcome to SudhaBook. By accessing or using our mobile application and web services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SudhaBook, operated by Priyadarsan Softwares ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our Services.

SudhaBook is a financial management application designed to help users track borrowings, calculate interest, and manage payments between lenders and borrowers. Our Services include:

• Recording and managing borrowing details
• Calculating interest based on user-provided rates

• Storing documents related to borrowings
• Managing user data, including contact information

3. User Accounts

To use our Services, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information during registration

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we have reason to believe that you have violated these Terms.

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Use our Services for illegal activities, including money laundering, fraud, or unlicensed lending practices
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or personal information
• Introduce malicious code or attempt to harm our Services
• Use automated systems to access or interact with our Services without our permission

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory

SudhaBook and its original content (excluding user-provided content), features, functionality, and design elements are owned by Priyadarsan Softwares and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of our code, visual design elements, or concepts without our express permission.

10. Compliance with Indian Laws

Our Services are designed to facilitate record-keeping and management of borrowing relationships. Users are responsible for:

• Complying with applicable Indian laws, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872
• Following RBI guidelines if activities constitute regulated lending
• Payment of any applicable taxes related to their financial transactions
• Obtaining proper documentation for loans as required by law
• Adhering to guidelines regarding interest rate caps and usury laws

SudhaBook is not responsible for ensuring that your use of our Services complies with local, state, or federal laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid (if any) to use our Services in the past six months
• We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of calculations, security, reliability, or availability of our Services
• We are not responsible for disputes arising between users regarding financial transactions recorded in our app

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Priyadarsan Softwares, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Engaging in prohibited activities
• Upon request by law enforcement or government agencies
• Extended inactivity

Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account or any data associated with it. We recommend regularly exporting your important data from the application.

14. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our Services, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our Services.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be effective as soon as it is posted. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
